Our endeavour at Tracktion.co.nz is to provide you with the best value for money shopping experience available online. If you feel this standard has not been met, we’d like to know. We offer a 30 day right of return policy in the event that your product does not arrive in useable/working condition. Any damages or defects need to be reported to us within 7 days of receipt. While we will always satisfy our obligations under the Consumers Guarantees Act 1993.
Clearance Items
Please always choose carefully as we cannot offer returns or refunds on Clearance Items unless they are faulty.
Warranty
All our products are covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranties. Any claims will be dealt with according to these guidelines.
In the event that you need to return an item, we will refund shipping on faulty products but not if you have simply chosen the wrong product. (The cost of the product will be refunded but not the shipping charge)
